A staggering �200 million is wasted on unused gym memberships in this country every year. It may seem counter-intuitive but many people are now turning to Personal Training to help them get and stay fit. Personal Trainers tailor your workout to your exact needs and motivate you to exercise harder and more efficiently, enabling you to achieve targets far faster.

We encourage people to focus on what they can achieve personally. We coach and train you, through your health and fitness, to be the best that you can be.

Following your consultation we suggest you have a one-off trial Personal Training session before committing to a series of sessions over 6 or 12 weeks or an ongoing programme.

When you decide to work with a trainer, you can book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. You can train at our studio, in your own home or even outside. You can train as often as you like with your trainer or as little as once every 4-8 weeks just to keep you on track and make a few changes to your programme. Perhaps you'd like to lose weight, improve your energy levels, generally boost your confidence or train to improve your golf game. It's your programme and your session and we aim to accommodate your goals, your needs, and your style.

Personal Training Programmes

Bronze Programme One 1-2-1 session/week from �25 per week
Silver Programme Two 1-2-1 sessions/week from �50 per week
Gold Programme Three 1-2-1 sessions/week from �75 per week

You can utilize the bronze, silver and gold programmes in any way that fits your schedule and budget. If you're tight for time, just have 30 minutes with your trainer. We'll make it short and intense. If you want a more comprehensive workout, schedule an hour session. If you're the type that enjoys a really challenging workout, try a full body 90 minute session.
