The Fit Shape Fitness Plan

Improve your fitness in 6 weeks!
Following your complimentary consultation we suggest you consider an initial structured
6 week Fit Shape Fitness Plan made up of however many fitness sessions your motivation and budget allow.
At the start of your Fitness Plan we invite you to participate in an initial comprehensive fitness assessment so we both know where your fitness levels are and together agree realistic structured goals.
Your comprehensive fitness assessment should be done every 6 to 12 weeks depending on what you want to achieve.
We do recommend you exercise for at least 3 hours per week if you want to improve your fitness; these sessions can be either training at Fit Shape with a trainer or offsite independently.
Following your initial 6 weeks you can either continue progressing or aim to maintain your fitness. The option of doing fewer one to one sessions and more solo independent sessions either at Fit Shape or elsewhere is always available.
There is no "fitness plan that fits all" - that's why we take the time in your initial sessions to assess and plan together a detailed programme of exercise and active living that puts a spring in your step and a sparkle in your eye.
