At Fit Shape we take our direction, and model our style of delivery, according to your needs as a client: our approach is consultative rather than prescriptive. We recognise that every client is unique, and believe that listening to each individual is more effective and empowering than a generic one-regime-fits-all approach. Our fitness plans are always developed in direct communication with you, the client.
Personal Approach
In contrast to big impersonal membership health clubs that rely on quantity of equipment, location and size to attract custom, Fit Shape premises are studio-scale, friendly and specially designed for one-on-one training. We believe that this creates a firm foundation for a rewarding and productive connection between you, your exercise and your trainer - a truly personal training experience. We encourage you to focus on what you can achieve personally - we coach and train you, through your health and fitness, to be the best that you can be.

At your FREE initial consultation we take a non-judgemental look at how you eat, live and think and adapt our approach accordingly to suit you as an individual, enhancing your wellbeing and facilitating the comfortable achievement of your goals. We believe in the connection between body and mind, and pride ourselves on helping our clients not only to get fit, but also to reconnect with themselves and regain a sense of control in their lives. With this in mind, we employ trainers who have diverse backgrounds in a wide variety of complementary disciplines as well as physical fitness that they are able to bring to each client as required. While our studios are equipped with all the exercise machines necessary for full and varied workouts, our focus is primarily on the human rather than the technological, as we have found that this is what truly makes the difference to our clients' fitness and wellbeing.
