Every Personal Training programme is different and tailored to the individual and we can tailor Gift Certificates in the same way. They could book in for their free consultation and even start their new programme on January 1st!

The arrival of a new baby usually means lots of gifts, but the new mum can often be forgotten! Our training packages are the ideal way to help lose the inevitable post-baby weight safely and gently and as the sessions can be taken at home they can be arranged to fit in with baby's nap times!
Please note:
If you are purchasing a training package for a New Mum, it cannot be started until at least 6 weeks after the birth. It is our own policy to require a Doctors note if a programme is started less than 12 weeks after birth.
