The unique 6-step approach provides structure and direction - a real opportunity to succeed, one step at a time. Each step is a win for you and moves you closer towards your healthy balanced lifestyle.

Your trainer will work with you on each step of your improved lifestyle journey holding you accountable to yourself and your action plans.

Six step guidance and support are available not only on your Personal Training sessions but by also text and email to ensure we address your bigger picture.

When you succeed at any one step on the programme your confidence and ability strengthen allowing you to take on your next chosen step with the same winning attitude. When you have succeeded at all six steps you will be more comfortable maintaining your healthy lifestyle changes.

The Fit Shape Lifestyle Plan is only available through your Fit Shape Personal Trainer who is specially trained to facilitate your 6 step programme.

The Fit Shape Lifestyle Plan is included in the Personal Training service offered by Fit Shape; however to qualify for the programme clients should be doing a minimum of 2 Personal Training sessions per week.
