The Fit Shape Studios are private, fully-equipped, 1000 sq ft gyms, designed exclusively for one-to-one Personal Training and small group training. We provide a friendly, non-intimidating environment avoiding the many distractions you may find in a busy health club. Our focus is on you, your health and fitness and your progress. By appointment only.
