We all snack sometimes - and healthy can be tasty!


In reality we don't always snack on something healthy and we don't snack just to manage our physical hunger. There is a lot more to it.

Sometimes we just want a snack to pep us up, or to simply feel better. That's how we are. Most people are not satisfied physically or physiologically by snacking on celery sticks or raw carrots so we don't suggest that extreme as it often leads to a backlash effect (yo yo dieting etc).

If you are mainly eating 3 balanced meals per day as on the Fit Shape Lifestyle Plan, physically you should not be hungry. However to cover those moments when you could do with a nice snack we recommend Herbalife protein bars.
