ONE TO ONE APPOINTMENTS
The Fit Shape studios allow you to enjoy your one to one appointments and avoid the many distractions found in busy clubs.
You can focus on enjoying a more individualised approach to your personal training time.
Your home workouts can be anything from 10 minutes per day to a full gym based plan and are delivered to you through our app.
We work with you to facilitate the improvements necessary to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
We have specific nutrition structures in place through the 6 week plan that have worked for many of our clients and are available to you when you start.
Your free initial consultation takes about 20 minutes and is a chance for us to discuss where you are now with your health and fitness, where you want to be and how best we can help you get there.
Following your consultation we invite you to have an initial health and fitness assessment.
INITIAL HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESSMENT
At the start of your 6 Week plan we bench mark your levels of fitness by measuring whats important to you.
Your assessment may include body weight, fat and muscle %, aerobic fitness levels, core and overall strength, flexibility, injury and medical history.
