A fusion of Cardio & Pilates

A small group studio session combining cardio intervals using aerobic gym machines and mat base core strength work.

This class is designed to boost your fitness, increase your energy levels, tone your core and improve your posture.

An example part of the session would be to use the gym bike for 4 minutes working at an intensity that suits you, have a 1 minute break then do 4 minutes of mat based pilates
