If you are the competitive type you also have the option of really pushing yourself and being invited to participate in the Fit Shape fitness league to compete with other selected Fit Shape clients.

The 30 minute class combines an initial warm a quick individual chat with the trainer then 5 x 4 minute blocks of exercise alternating between aerobic work on gym cardio machines with strength & toning finishing with a cool down and stretch. You get 1 minute breaks in between each 4 minute block to make the transition to your next 4 minute block.
Example of the cardio blocks can be 4 minute rowing, 4 minute treadmill walking / running etc.
Example of the strength and toning block could be a complete body approach using the our super set method of 4 exercises, 20 reps of each exercise, again you can work at your own pace or do as much or as many as you can in the 4 minutes and record your achievements.
We release and launch and new workout on a regular basis to keep it fresh but do suggest clients try and repeat any specific workout a number of times over a number of weeks with the aim of progressing.
