3 steps to your Fit Shape

Over the 20 plus years we have been in personal training we have found that our most successful clients share 3 common elements. If you can engage in these 3 elements you are much more likely to be successful in the pursuit of your health and fitness goals. If you can not get all 3 going then there is a good chance you will not find it easy to be at your best.

The 3 essentials of success

1. Record everything you eat and drink in www.myfitnesspal.com for 21 days consecutively.

2. Do the exercise homework you have been given through the Fit Shape App.

3. Do at least one personal training session every week for at least 6 weeks, ideally at the same time and day every week.
