General Fitness Class

A general fitness class is suitable for beginners to intermediate clients.

You would do 4 min of cardiovascular exercise on a typical gym machine like a treadmill, bike or elliptical at an intensity of your choosing.

You then have 1 minute to move on and start your 4 different strength and toning exercises in 4 min, this circuit of cardio and toning work would be completed 4 - 5 times.

 You can choose which exercises to do and work a a pace thats suitable for you.

No pressure to compete, compare yourself to anyone else or achieve personal bests. This class might suit someone whos "not really a gym type", hasnt been training regulary and wants to lose weight and get fit again.
