Home Workouts Programme

Our Home Workouts Programme offers you the opportunity to stay fit and healthy between appointments without having to take the time to use a busy public gym.

Each workout is tailored to your individual needs and preferences and can be done with minimal equipment.

You can spend anything from 10 to 30 minutes on your homework and check it in through our app when complete.

The Home Workouts Programme can be done as a stand alone service or further enhanced by adding in the Nutrition Improvements Plan and doing one to one personal training appointments when it suits you.

Home Workouts can be included in your Fit Shape 6 Week Plan for free if you are doing at last one personal training appointment each week.
