6 weeks of individualised workouts and meal plans delivered to you via our online App with guidelines and accountability built in. You can do this plan with us at Fit Shape, independantly at home, in a gym anywhere in the world or take a combined approach.
Usually the first phase is focused on reducing body fat, boosting your fitness, dealing with any injuries. Thereafter we usually start introducing more strength & toning work to encourage development of a more athletic shape. Your plan is tailored to your individual experience, abilities and goals.
Not everyone wants to focus on nutrition however if it will help you achieve your goals then we recommend you consider our 5 principles of optimum nutrition and meal plans which will ensure you burn excess body fat and develop an athletic shape without feeling hungry or deprived.
Whether you are travelling, entertaining clients or just to busy to add another layer of organisational managaement into your life we can help ensure you eat well and in achieve your goals.
The magic results number 1939
1939 means 19% body fat and 39% muscle. Any lower on the body fat and you run the risk of low moods, looking gaunt and haggard and any higher on the muscle you could become quite bulky and slow. 19% body fat and 39% muscle gives you a lean athletic shape, energised, confident, looking fit and feeling great.
