We have 20+ year experience in personal training in North London and will help you achieve your unique version of improved fitness, health and happiness.
Our Personal training service is backed up with the optional on site extras of nutrition support, between appointments exercise plan, mindfulness practice, physiotherapy and solo workouts.
Our trainers offer a consistently high quality service in their assessments procedure, programme design, session delivery, lifestyle coaching skills and more importantly really care about the well being of their clients.
Fit Shape Studios
Our studios are bespoke purpose designed for one to one personal training. We offer fully equipped facilities with out the possible distractions found in large public gyms
You will experience a friendly non intimidating environment with no more than one or two other people on site at any one time.
We offer changing and shower rooms, physiotherapy treatment rooms, full range of cardio and gym equipment and a comfortable reception area where you can relax and even have a coffee (or water) on us !
You can do as long as suits you on each session maybe you are short on time or on a tight budget so 30 minute sessions would work best for you.
Most clients do 45 minute sessions as they find that gives enough time to safely warm up, cover more types of exercise and allows time to discuss how your health and fitness has been going that week and agree strategies and plans to get the most out of the oncoming week.
You can also do 60 minute sessions if you are ready to train a bit harder for longer.
Sessions are approx £50 dependant on how many you do each week and unique to Fit Shape can include the nutrition improvements plan, home workouts programme daily reminders and between session support through our app for free.
