Using our app your child can do a short home based workout every day.
Whether they would just benefit from being more active or they want extra training to help develop their sporting abilities we can design an appropriate programme of fun, safe effective exercise sessions that can be done at home with minimal equipment.
You can even join in and be more active as a family.
In our own home our children need to do their home workout before being allowed screen time which works quite well. Nige & Becky
