We offer a structured approach to your health and fitness and not just random workouts.

How it works

Step 1

Free initial consultation.

This takes about 20 minutes. A chance to discuss where you are now in terms of health and fitness, where you want to be and how we can help you get there.

Step 2

Health & fitness assessment.

This would be your first personal training session. We measure your fitness, cardio, strength, flexibility etc and your body composition, weight, fat % and muscle % so we have a benchmark to progress from.

Step 3

Book series of 121 appointments

You can do as many one to one appointments each week or month as suits you, your budget and your lifestyle.

Step 4

Agree personalised exercise homework

Your exercise homework schedule which is delivered to you through our app and you check in when you complete each session. You can do as little as 10 minutes per day in the comfort of your own home. This may be anything from 10,000 steps and injury rehab daily right through to a full gym workout.

Step 4

Agree nutrition strategy

If relevant to your goals all nutrition can be recorded and positive reminders and tips sent through our app.

Step 5

Complete your plan

You can create your own plan duration either 6, 12 or 18 weeks or take a flexible approach and do a personal training sessions when you schedule allows and just focus on keeping on track with your programme through our app.

Our lifestyle approach considers many aspects of your well-being, including sleep.

When you have structure and a balanced approach in your life you may have a greater sense of control be more centred and therefore sleep better.

When you get a great nights sleep you will start feeling fresh and energised with a spring in your step and a smile on your face ready to embrace each and every day.
